Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 22 July 2026

PopScale LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards so that popscales.com is usable by as many people as possible, regardless of technology or ability.

Our commitment

We believe every visitor should be able to browse our website, understand our services, and contact us with ease. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and review our site as it evolves.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities. We also design with the intent of meeting the expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML with clear landmarks (header, navigation, main, and footer) so assistive technology can navigate the page.
  • A “Skip to content” link and a logical, keyboard-operable tab order.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative icons hidden from screen readers.
  • Form fields with associated labels, clear required-field indicators, and error messages announced to assistive technology.
  • Support for browser zoom, text resizing, and responsive layouts on all screen sizes.
  • Respect for the “reduce motion” system setting and support for high-contrast / forced-colors modes.
  • Color choices reviewed for readable contrast.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

The website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers and speech-recognition software, on both desktop and mobile devices.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Where we rely on third-party tools or embedded content, we may have limited control over their accessibility. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.

Need help or found a barrier?

If you have difficulty accessing any part of this website, need information in an alternative format, or want to report an accessibility problem, please contact us. We welcome your feedback and will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, service, or accommodation you need.
